Hello Dear Rose Friends,
Very often, as we all know, it’s the simple things that really matter and this email made me smile after dear Nuala received her roses in a rather distressed state and reached out for advice on their recovery.
We had several exchanges to which she responded:
"Dear Diana …I think I will nurse them for a week or two and then plant them. I guess it will let them get over their traumatic journey from Melbourne to Canberra.
You know it feels like having the guest room prepared for a very important guest in anticipation for a joyful meeting but the poor guest is too tired to even acknowledge your presence
I will send you a photo after a week.
