TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SILKIES ROSE FARM / ROSESALESONLINE

PRICES:

All prices listed include GST - ABN 85 110 467 984.

If the advertised price changes, roses already on order will maintain the advertised price at the time of ordering.  We reserve the right to change the advertised price at any time.
 

ORDERING:

When you order online, your order is secure and roses will be reserved accordingly.


If, for some reason, due to natural causes beyond our control, we are unable to supply an item once it has been ordered, we will contact you to discuss further options.

ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL. PHONE ORDERS ARE CONFIRMED AT TIME OF ORDERING.

We do not take responsibility for any errors on order confirmations. If an order is despatched with errors that were present on the order confirmation, you will be charged any fees incurred to correct the issue. If you notice an error on your order, please notify us immediately. 

Once ALL the roses in your order are available for supply, your order will be collated, packaged and posted via Australia Post E-Parcel. (Orders containing STANDARD / WEEPING ROSES are sent via TNT courier very late in winter).

 

If your plants are available prior to your nominated delivery date, they will be safely held in our heel-in beds until you are ready to have them posted – please indicate this in your original order.  

You will receive email notification when the order has been despatched. 

Orders containing books or products only will be despatched within 24 hours following order confirmation and payment receipt.

CANCELLATIONS:
We accept cancellations providing the order is not already packed and/or despatched.

If the order has been despatched and a cancellation is required, communication must be made with us. It is at the consumers expense and responsibility to arrange the return of the items in original condition and packaging to our nursery in a prompt manner. Only upon receipt and inspection of the product will a refund be made. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If no communication is made with us regarding the return of items, we may withhold a refund.

Cancellation fees may apply.

 

ADDITIONS:
You can readily add and make changes to your order until it is being packed and prepared for posting. 

 

Additional roses will be combined with your original order and sent in the same consignment however, there may be additional postage charges and we will notify you accordingly.   
  

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

It happens … however, in the event that a rose or product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Silkies Rose Farm / Rosesalesonline shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

 

If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled due to error, Silkies Rose Farm / Rosesalesonline shall immediately, after consultation with you, issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
 

PAYMENT METHODS:

TELEPHONE ORDERS
The following payments methods are available for orders placed by mail, email or phone:

  • CREDIT CARD - We accept Visa or Mastercard. Payments will be processed through our SQUARE EFTPOS machine and deducted from your account immediately you place your order – receipt will automatically be sent to mobile/email.
  • CHEQUE / MONEY ORDER - Please make out to SILKIES ROSE FARM / ROSESALESONLINE and post to our mailing address: 550 McDonald’s Road, Clonbinane, Vic. 3658
  • DIRECT DEPOSIT – is only available when contacting us directly:       03 5787 1123

Orders will only be posted when full payment has been made. Orders marked for PICK UP will be held as purchased and available accordingly.

OUR QUALITY ROSES –
BARE-ROOTED ROSES IN WINTER:

As our range of varieties is so diverse, the saleable size of each type can vary considerably. Bare-root rose plant canes are generally 30-40cm long with one, two, three or more canes. As many varieties only produce one cane in the production stage, we cannot guarantee you will receive multi-caned plants.

Please note that the number or size of stems does not indicate how vigorous the rose will be (for example: a rose with three canes does not indicate that it will be more vigorous than a rose with just one cane). We ensure only the best quality plants available at the time of packing are included in your order.

POTTED ROSES:

Our potted roses can arrive in various forms of development and may not have blooms or substantial growth, depending on the season. Sometimes, in extremely hot weather, our potted roses are lightly trimmed before despatch to decrease stress on the plant during transit.

GIFT ROSES:

Our GIFT ROSE product includes a gift wrapped 20cm potted rose (flowering where possible, depending on season) as well as a card with your personal message. It is packed in a sturdy and beautifully printed gift box and the price includes postage to any destination where we post roses – NOT WA, TAS or OVERSEAS.
 

DELIVERY METHODS:

Orders containing bush roses, potted roses or garden products only are shipped via Australia Post E-Parcel. If no one is home at the time of delivery, your consignment will be left in a safe place at the address.

Any orders containing Standards and/or Weepers are shipped via TNT – you will be notified when your parcel is collected from Silkies Rose Farm, Clonbinane to ensure you know plants are in transit. Standard and weeping roses are usually only available from mid-late July onwards.

ORDERS FOR COLLECTION:
If you are coming to collect your roses from Silkies Rose Farm, Clonbinane, there is opportunity in online ordering to indicate same; phone orders will be marked accordingly.

 

Silkies Rose Farm is open every Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday 9am until 4pm however, there is opportunity to make an appointment to call in outside of those hours by phoning: 0418 337765 or 03 5787 1123 if you are in our vicinity travelling along Hume Freeway.  
 

INTERSTATE POSTING:

BARE-ROOTED AND POTTED ROSES:
Our roses are posted year-round to all States and Territories except WA and TAS.

 

OVERSEAS POSTING:

We cannot post any roses out of Australia due to quarantine restrictions however we can prepare roses to be taken into other countries in your luggage. It is 100% your responsibility to ensure the country of destination allows such rose plants to be imported. Silkies Rose Farm / Rosesalesonline takes no responsibility for the plants once they leave our care.

All gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.
