Belle Poitevine is a truly beautiful RUGOSA ROSE - lovely rounded shrub to 1.5 metres which flowers continually.  The flowers are semi-double and a lovely soft medium pink.  There is a delightful fragrance and a boss of stamens loaded with pollen to attract bees to your garden!
