HELLO DEAR ROSE FRIENDS ...

Another week of warm, sunny days has given our plants a false sense of security – the dahlia started to reshoot and I noticed just yesterday, one of the sweet potato plants which I hadn’t dug is also shooting new leaves so it’s just as well we have an abundant water supply to keep the gardens flowering beautifully through this magnificent autumn.

CLOSED THIS ANZAC DAY
FRIDAY – 25ᵗʰ APRIL, 2025
Sincere thanks to all our customers who’ve purchased plants during this time when we are clearing the nursery in order that our property will be sold soon.  It’s been tough to see the plants going at such cheap prices, but thankfully, they’re going to good homes!
TIME TO PLANT HOLLYHOCK SEEDS …

Remember we sent more than 88 packs of hollyhock seed to customers and the last two envelopes are now in the post so please, prepare an area in your garden and plant those seeds now!

Thank you to all of you who, in turn, sent us seeds which we are also preparing an area of the gardens for – some seed I’ve tucked away to take with us to our next destination as a reminder of this really lovely sharing with our customers!
For a giggle
