HELLO DEAR ROSE FRIENDS ...

We’ve had some lovely rain along with the coldest February day on record last Saturday and more heat expected this coming weekend … how on earth do the plants cope with such variables? We’ve had socks and boots, long trousers and jumpers on and then, as soon as the sun comes out, we’re discarding layers of clothing!

We’re celebrating Diana’s birthday tomorrow so we’re putting this very special offer up for you all to indulge and get some magnificent potted roses ready for autumn planting at your place ..

OUR SUMMER GARDEN …

Because we have bore water and can irrigate our garden beds, there’s quite a bit of green-pick grass for kangaroos – only the big bucks can scale our rabbit-proof farm fencing but there’s hardly an inch between their droppings. When the rain comes soon, this poo will be fertilizer over the lawns and thankfully, it doesn’t stick to our shoes – there’s always a bright side!
