Elodie Gossuin was introduced by Guillot, France and is typical of other Guillot roses in that it is extremely healthy, producing very full, ruffle-petalled blooms deep pink in colour.  

There is a strong, tea rose and vanilla fragrance.  The rounded shrub blooms in flushes throughout the season and the flowers hold up extremely well in a vase.
